» David Kuchler, CEO

David has over 25 years’ experience in the Diamond industry and a vast understanding of Rough and Polished Diamonds. David joined the business after successfully serving as the CEO of a leading international diamond manufacturing companies and a De Beers Sightholder.

David started his career as a Rough diamond buyer and then as a salesman of Rough and Polished diamonds. He subsequently moved into executive management, where he oversaw all aspects of the company management from finance to purchasing of Rough, manufacturing processes, sorting standardization, sales and logistics.

» Robert Bouquet, Operations

Robert has 20 years’ experience in the diamond industry, 14 of which he spent with De Beers and Rio Tinto Diamonds in a variety of strategic and commercial roles.

Robert has worked in strategic roles as well as a sales manager for Rio Tinto and as a rough diamond buyer for De Beers in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Guinea. He has wide experience in diamond producing countries, particularly in Africa, as well as in all diamond cutting centers.
